There are a number of wonderful farmers markets in Louisville. On our first weekend there, we just happened to drive by the St. Matthews Farmers Market on Shelbyville Road. Naturally, I insisted that Jim stop so we could take in the sights and sounds of this vibrant new market. I chatted with several vendors and did a little shopping. I miss the Community Farmers Market in Bowling Green, but I am happy to see such thriving markets as this one in Louisville.
