The Trail Ends Here: Billings, Montana

The drive along Interstate 90 through Wyoming and Montana was incredibly picturesque. The highway in these two states was incredibly well-maintained, had little traffic, and offered scenic views around every bend in the road. I hope Jim and I will have an opportunity to explore this area and, of course, visit Austyn!

Sadly our mother and daughter road trip ended with our arrival in Billings, however Austyn's adventures are just beginning.


After I checked into the lovely Northern Hotel in downtown Billings, we drove to Austyn's new 'Big Sky' home to unload her car. Colin was soon there to welcome us, well mostly Austyn, to Billings.
