Reservoir Park

Just a few minutes from our home is Reservoir Park. Although there is a great green area for walking, the truly fascinating aspect of the park is the Gothic architecture on the surrounding buildings, such as the pump house. Last weekend, Jim and I meandered around the reservoir on a beautifully sunny fall day and snapped a few pictures which do not do justice to this incredible water works station in the heart of Louisville. Visiting this area feels like you are strolling back in time.
